"That's great! I quickly plugged in my laptop to the projector last night and I must say I am very happy with the unit! Love the lens shift function. The image quality was good considering it was on my wall which isn't even white and the laptop was hooked up to the single rca video connection. I'm sure once the screen is in and I have a proper home theatre unit hooked up with component cables I'll be blown away! "I just wanted to say what great fun I am having with the PLV-Z2. I don't think it could be any easier to use. I pulled it out of the box and had it going within 5 minutes (I didn't read manual, and didn't even pull out the remote - just took it out for a quick spin so to say.)
The picture was really great. I was afraid that it would be dark with all that I had read - but it was really nice. I think Sanyo has improved this model over earlier PLV-Z2 models (on the internet, there is a manual that shows no Composite video input, and if that is what you have then you need to use one of the 3 components. I thought that was a stupid thing to do) but on the model that was shipped - there is a Composite in addition to S, DVI and Component.

"Hello Michael ! I just wanted to let you know that I've
received my Da-Lite Model C screen and I could not be happier with it !
I left a message on the front door of my building letting the UPS
delivery man know that I would be home after 5:45 pm. The UPS driver was
kind enough to come back at 5:45 and I thankfully received the screen.
I wanted to thank you once again and let you know that
everything I ordered has now arrived and I am extremely pleased with
everything. The Sanyo Z2 projector is better than I had expected and the
High Power screen displays such a sharp, clean and bright image that I
honestly cannot even think of ever going back to a RPTV.
I've also been extremely happy with your service. Your
concern over the screen shipment is greatly appreciated and your very
quick responses to e-mails has made dealing with you a pleasure. I've
already told at least three friends about the Projectors Plus' website
and raved about front projection and the great service, pricing and free
shipping offers from Projectors Plus. I'm quite confident that after
they have all come over and seen my new setup they'll be wanting front
projection systems of their own ;) Rest assured, I'll point them towards
Projectors Plus !

Just to let you know that we received our
projector yesterday. Thank you so much for the speedy delivery. I
put up a plain white sheet (tried to iron out the folds) and was
amazed at the picture quality. I really liked the adjustable lens
feature. It made placing the projector location really easy. We
viewed parts of 4 different DVDs and couldn't get over the vibrant
colors, even with some ambient light present. I'm looking forward
to seeing how it looks on a real screen.

"Michael,
I have been using the Sanyo
PLV-Z3 for a week now, and I do not have any complaints at all.
The projector is very easy to use and it has a lot of very nice
features. I am currently using an S-Video cable connected to my
Pioneer Elite DV-09, but I have purchased the ATI All-In- Wonder
9800 Pro video card with a DVI output. I am just waiting for a
HDMI to DVI cable to arrive before I can switch to the digital
input. I imagine the picture will be even better! Thanks for
all your help. I am very happy with my purchase.
