Projectors Plus Accepts Visa, Mastercard, Certified Checks, Wire/Bank Transfers and Money Orders.

Provincial Sales Tax (PST):
 
The Government Of Alberta does not collect any provincial sales tax(PST), and as such NO sales tax will be charged on any purchases made with Projectors Plus.
GST applies to all purchases.

Shipping Policy:
 
Projectors Plus includes free ground shipping to Canada on select products (excluding remote areas).
Ground shipping times vary and are generally 3-10 business days.
We will not ship to P.O. Boxes or third party addresses due to security reasons.

Warranty Policy:
 
All products sold will carry the original maufacturers warranty.
Projectors Plus provides a 25 day defective exchange warranty on our products.
After the 25 day period, warranties will be handled by their respective manufacturers.
Contact product manufacturer for defective confirmation number before returning product.
Contact us for RMA#. Products returned without an RMA# will be refused.
Products must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days after an RMA# is issued.
Products returned for defective exchange must contain all of its original packaging.

Return Policy:
 
Projectors Plus provides a 25 day non-defective return policy subject to:  
- 20% restocking fee plus original shipping costs.
-Customer is responsible for INSURED shipping costs through UPS Ground to our return warehouse.
-Products returned must contain all of its original packaging.
-Contact us for RMA#. Products returned without an RMA# will be refused.
-Products must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days after an RMA# is issued.
-Any damages, abuse, modifications, broken warranty seals, mismatched serial numbers, improperly packaged, and uninsured shipping are subject to refusal of return.
